About Me:

I am a spiritual explorer, an animal lover, a philosopher at heart, a laugh addict, a compassionate soul, the space between my thoughts.

I recently became interested in dreams in general and lucid dreams in particular. I used to dismiss dreams as a reflection of our waking concerns; stress, sadness, joy, or whatever we were experiencing at any given time. Then in one of the darkest moments of my life I finally asked for help, to no one in particular, I just begged for some kind of guidance. Almost immediately I started having a recurrent dream; I was back in school, and as I was going into the classroom, I'd remember that I had already graduated, and I'd tell myself that I already knew everything that they were teaching; and then I would leave with a sense of relief. However, once I'd left, I would feel guilty for not taking advantage of an opportunity to refresh my knowledge; but I never returned, it was too tempting to just go out and have fun instead of being stuck in a classroom. I had this dream for months. When I finally bothered to analyze it, I got the message: “If you want guidance you need to study!”

In the last 18 months I've read more books than I did in my entire lifetime (and that's a lot of years considering that I'm in my thirties) :-)

I love to laugh. I'd do anything for a good laugh; so if you've got a good joke, make sure you share it with me! :-)

From the 'Zen of sarcasm':
- Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in
their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a
mile away and you have their shoes!

- If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is probably not
for you.

- The journey of a thousand miles begins with a broken
fan belt and leaky tire.
